It was inspired per Statue of Liberty, and was constructed inside exclusively quatern years away from styrofoam and papier-mâché by students of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. A students decided to produce a statue when big when conceivable thus the food and drug administration would exist as unable to dismantle it.
